There are nine of us in my family: four brothers and five sisters. I value the work my colleagues at the cooperative do. I've only been working with parchment coffee for three years, and I'm doing it to the best of my ability. I've really enjoyed working on it, and I feel confident in what I'm doing. I'm self-assured and confident in myself. I like to do any work and always finish it. I feel happy working—planting coffee, growing bananas, and planting beans.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cb\u003e\u003c\/b\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eSince I was little, I've had the opportunity to know my father, who is no longer with us. Despite all the problems and obstacles I've faced, I really enjoy the coffee farming he taught us. Here in this region, growing and harvesting coffee is very important. Although I must admit I'm just starting out, I'm proud of myself because I've achieved the results I wanted: a good product and good work. I used to sell coffee cherries by the kilo, but the cooperative invited me to sell parchment coffee. Then I wanted to experiment with some things and get to know myself and what I'm capable of, and despite everything, I managed to produce a good product. I feel motivated to keep learning more about coffee because I believe there are still many things I haven't discovered; I still have a lot to learn. Every day I think about doing something good with my coffee and thus achieving high scores, capturing the aromas and flavors, with proper fermentation.
