The Producers:

The Cooperative Rincón Toningo was founded in 2004 by 22 coffee farmers located in the community of Rincón Toningo, in the state of Veracruz, who organized themselves so that together they could produce specialty coffee. Since its creation, it has had different ups and downs and has been at the mercy of market prices, which has caused discouragement and discontent. Currently, there are 11 active members that continue their struggle to move forward producing specialty coffee. 

This community lot was produce by Apolonia Valero, Marcelino Hernández, Ofelia Colorado and Rosa Aguilar.
